Our Services
Life can feel messy, overwhelming, disconnected, or just plain exhausting sometimes. Therapy does not have to be about “fixing” you. It can be a space to feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you are trying to build.
-
Relationships can be deeply meaningful and deeply complicated.
You do not have to wait until things are falling apart to seek support. Sometimes therapy is about repairing disconnection, and sometimes it is about learning how to move toward each other differently before resentment and hurt take over.
Relational therapy may help if you are:
Stuck in recurring conflict and wanting new ways to reconnect
Exploring changes in relationship or sexual dynamics
Looking for a queer, poly, or kink-affirming therapist
Trying to improve communication, trust, or emotional safety
Preparing for marriage, commitment, parenting, or other major transitions
Feeling unsure how to reconnect after hurt, distance, or misunderstanding
My goal is to help create space for honesty, curiosity, accountability, and deeper understanding within your relationships.
These ongoing sessions are $180 for 90 minutes and can be weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on needs and goals.

Families are constantly changing, and even planned transitions can feel overwhelming.
Parenting and family therapy can help when:
Life transitions are creating stress or disconnection at home
You feel stuck in recurring struggles with your child or teen
You feel like you have run out of ideas or options
Your family is navigating trauma, disability, neurodivergence, grief, or separation
Communication feels tense, reactive, or emotionally exhausting
You want support creating healthier connection and understanding within your family
Sometimes families need support not because they are failing, but because they are trying to navigate hard things without enough support.
These ongoing sessions are $180 for 90 minutes and can be weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on needs and goals.
Please note: A parenting agreement may be required before beginning services involving children.
-
Divorce, separation, or major family loss can feel like one of those things you never see coming, and figuring out what happens next can feel scary and uncertain.
Coparenting support can help when you are:
Navigating separation or divorce
Adjusting after a death or major family change
Struggling with communication around parenting decisions
Wanting to reduce conflict and create more consistency for your children
Trying to figure out how to move forward while still supporting your family
The goal is not perfection. It is helping families create more stability, clarity, and healthier communication during difficult transitions.
These ongoing sessions are $180 for 90 minutes and can be weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on needs and goals.
Please note: A parenting agreement may be required before beginning services involving children.

Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong. Sometimes you just know that something feels off.
Individual therapy can help if you are:
Trying to reconnect with yourself or understand who you are becoming
Exploring identity alignment as a queer, BIPOC, disabled, or neurodivergent person
Wanting support around polyamory, kink, or nontraditional relationships
Navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, or life transitions
Feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly trying to hold everything together
Looking for a space where you do not have to explain or shrink parts of yourself
Therapy can be a place to slow down, process experiences, build coping skills, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are. In order to provide the time and space needed to do this effectively, I commit to extended sessions of 75 minutes.

If you are interested in working together, online consultations and therapy sessions are available by appointment.
Consultations are a chance for us to talk about what is bringing you in, what support you are looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
Friendly reminder: remember you deserve spaces where you can show up honestly and be met with care, curiosity, and respect. Therapy can be one place where you do not have to carry everything alone.
